A word about insurance
If you are ordering something that will break or might get damaged we suggest that you insure them. Insurance costs are small. We ship your item in good shape, but sometimes things get damaged in the mail. If you do not insure it and it arrives damaged there is nothing we can do about that, and we are sorry but you should have taken the insurance.
Turnaround time
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on time of the day we get the order, and if the items are in stock. We send e-mails if the item is not in stock.
