PRINTED CATALOG

We get a large number of request for printed catalogs for items that we sell in our store. We do not print a catalog. Most of our items are one of a kind or we may only have a few pieces of a item. By the time a catalog would be printed the item maybe gone. We are happy to answer questions, and e-mail pictures of items. More items will be added to our Internet Catalog as time passes.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Polish Treasures will exchange merchandise found to be defective upon initial use or which was shipped in error within 30 days of invoice purchase date. Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Any item purchased will be replaced for the same title ONLY if a defective was sent to you. All merchandise authorized for return must be in original factory condition, and must include all packing materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and accessories. Please ship your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or UPS. We do not issue call tags nor refund for shipping merchandise back to us regardless of reason. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which MUST be written on the outside of the package.

Merchandise must be received by Polish Treasures within 30 days from the date of the issue of Return Merchandise Authorization Number If not, the Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be voided and the shipment will be refused. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number is good only for the merchandise originally listed.

Authorized returns are exchanged only for the same title/item.
No cash refunds. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging without seals, stickers or evidence of use. Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

RESTOCKING CHARGE

On merchandise which has been authorized for return and is unused and unopened, there is a fee of 15% for restocking. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept all international orders Merchandise ordered will be released after your check clears our bank. Your order will ship Global Priority Mail and you will be charged the going rate for that service. This service is based on weight and size of the box. From the time it get to the Postal Service till you get the item will be about a week.
